1. Provider and contact

These terms are available free of charge in a format that can be saved, reproduced and printed.
2. Scope of the free electronic services
RUNSY provides two services through the site:
- access to public information about RUNSY and the areas in which it can help;
- one-time transmission of a business inquiry through the contact form.
3. Service boundary
The site and form are free. The site does not create an account, take payment, provide a SaaS service or subscribe anyone to a newsletter.
Sending an inquiry does not conclude a paid professional-services agreement, accept an engagement or guarantee a reply or RUNSY availability. Any cooperation requires separate agreement on scope, timing, fees and responsibility.
4. Technical requirements and risks
Viewing the site requires an internet-connected device and a current browser. Sending the form also requires JavaScript, successful Cloudflare Turnstile verification and a working email address for a reply.
Internet use carries ordinary risks, including malicious software, phishing, intercepted transmissions and third-party outages. Keep software current, verify the domain and do not put passwords, keys or confidential secrets in the form.
5. Use rules and prohibited content
Use the site and form lawfully and for their intended purpose. You must not:
- send spam, automate abusive submissions, bypass safeguards or disrupt the site;
- send malicious code, unlawful material or content that infringes another person's rights;
- provide another person's data without a valid basis or authority;
- impersonate another person or knowingly provide false data.
6. Formation and termination
The public-content service contract begins when you open the site and ends when you stop using it.
The one-time inquiry-transmission service begins when you select the send button and ends after the request is transmitted and the result is displayed. You may stop at any time before sending. RUNSY may reject or block a request that breaches these terms or the safeguards.
7. Complaints
Email complaints about the site or form to kontakt@runsy.pl. Include reply details, a description of the problem, when it occurred and the outcome you request. Do not send passwords or secret keys.
RUNSY will respond within 14 calendar days after receiving the complaint. If more information is needed to investigate it, we will ask you to provide it.
8. Content, rights and availability
Site content is general information and an invitation to get in touch. It is not a binding offer or legal, financial or technical advice for a particular situation. Rights in the RUNSY brand, text, graphics and site code belong to RUNSY or the relevant licensors.
RUNSY may update content, perform maintenance or temporarily limit access. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
9. Personal data
The Privacy Policy explains data processing when you use the site and form. Reading it is not marketing consent and does not create any consent-based condition.
10. Governing law and changes
Polish law governs these terms. Mandatory law determines court jurisdiction, and these terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
These terms apply from the date shown above. RUNSY may change them for legal, technical or organizational reasons. A new version applies prospectively and will be published at this address no later than when it takes effect.
